What we do

Four Stages for Elimination of Bullying in the Workplace

1. Education

• Build a foundational understanding of what makes up adult bullying (refer to our Adult Bullying Framework)
• Provide general and specific education and training highlighting acceptable and unacceptable behaviours.

2. Safe Reporting Mechanism(s)

• Reporting mechanism available, enabling the safe documenting and then reporting of bulling cases by targets and bystanders.

3.Appropriate Management

• Effective and appropriate procedures, including a fair and robust investigation
process (including identification of root causes)
• Management tool kits to appropriately handle reported cases.

4.Reform

• Advocate for and enable legal structures that provide incentives and deterrents
